ProofBridge, Inc. (“ProofBridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at proofbridge.io (the “Site”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Site.

If you become a ProofBridge customer, your use of the ProofBridge platform itself is governed by a separate Subscription Agreement executed between your company and ProofBridge, which takes precedence over these Terms for anything it addresses. These Terms apply to the Site: browsing it, requesting a demo, and any use of the Site that isn’t already covered by a signed Subscription Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for business use by individuals acting on behalf of a company evaluating or using ProofBridge, not for personal or consumer use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
