Data Handling

Text processing. Customer response text submitted during a proof capture session is analyzed by a third-party AI provider to prepare a draft summary for the participant’s review. This data is not used to train any AI model.

No training on customer data. We do not use your proof sources, sessions, or generated content to train our models or any third-party model, regardless of your plan.

Encryption and Infrastructure

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest through enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure providers.

Payment Security

Payments are processed by Stripe. ProofBridge never receives or stores your full card number. Stripe is PCI Level 1 compliant, the highest level of payment security certification.

Access Control

Access to data within a Client’s workspace is limited to that Client’s authorized users. Access to Respondent data follows the consent choices made at the time it was collected.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We work with a small number of service providers to operate the platform, including Stripe for payments, plus an AI text processing provider, an email delivery provider, and cloud infrastructure providers. A current list of these providers is available on request. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle data.
