Integrations
Two features built to work with Proof Microsites.
Where the proof comes from, and where else it gets deployed.

What is a Proof Microsite?
A Proof Microsite is a branded, deal-specific proof page built by a sales rep in under two minutes for a specific buyer in their pipeline. It contains verified customer stories from companies in the buyer's industry, role, and use case, branded with the prospect's logo and deal context, sent as a unique URL the buying committee opens on their own time. Open notifications and time-spent tracking show the rep the moment the buyer engages. Proof Microsites are the format the proof category was missing: built for the deal, not the average customer.

How does a sales rep build a Proof Microsite?
A sales rep opens ProofBridge, enters the prospect's company name and uploads their logo, writes two to three sentences of deal context, selects two or three verified customer stories from the Team Proof Library using filters or Ask AI, sets the domain access gate, and hits publish. A unique URL is generated immediately. The whole flow takes under two minutes. The rep sends the URL in their next email, before the deal cools.

Who can see a Proof Microsite?
Access is controlled by a domain gate set by the rep when the microsite is created. Only people with email addresses at the prospect's company domain can open the URL. The buying committee can share the URL internally with other stakeholders at the same company. Nobody outside the prospect's organisation can access it. The rep can deactivate the URL at any time, which kills access immediately.

What's tracked when a Proof Microsite is opened?
The rep is notified the moment the Proof Microsite is opened, along with the time spent on the page. Engagement signals are visible to the rep in real time, so they can act on buyer interest the moment it surfaces. The rep sees when each visit happens and how long the buyer engaged. Engagement visibility PDFs and reference calls don't provide.

How is a Proof Microsite different from a digital sales room?
A digital sales room is a collaborative workspace containing proposals, contracts, mutual action plans, and communication tools across the full sales cycle. A Proof Microsite is purpose-built for one specific moment: delivering verified customer proof to a buying committee before a deal stalls. It contains only Customer-Verified Stories, no proposals, no contracts, no communication threads. The digital sales room manages the deal. The Proof Microsite closes the proof gap inside it.
